Naruto + LotR = imagination overload

As the title says.
I've actually jumped on the bang wagon only yesterday, but I think I'm stuck - I simply can't stop myself! And it's not only sasusaku I'm talking about. I've three other pairs that I'm going to explore: GaaraIno (inspired by Faramir and Eowin), Naruto and Hinata (inspired by Aragorn and Arwen) and NejiTenTen (just because I can and TenTen would make a badass Tauriel, don't you think?). Then there're also the ever-delightful Team 7 dynamics which are ofc worth explorig and the actual plotline of LotR which I'm surely going to play with at least a little bit.
Even though I've already done some characters, I still need to draw Kakashi as Gandalf, Tsunade as Galadriel and TenTen as Tauriel (with some awesome braid-buns), and some others, when I come up with the specific designes...
So many things to do, so little time (before my muse goes MIA again) and only two hands to complete them all~

Guys, it's actually happening~
I admit that sasusaku is not my favourite couple ever, but it is my Naruto OTP (along with naruhina and I know it's weird, but it's ME, so what were you expecting?), and so I was giggling like an idiot after reading chapter 685 for HALF AN HOUR! Because it's SASUSAKU MONTH, guys! Like, what were the chances? I mean, seriously, after they tried to kill each other (through Sakura's half-assed attempt was just painful to watch), I was kind of starting to think that we - as in sasusaku shippers - were wrong and Sasuke will probably die by Naruto's hand, because he's a bastard and he actually tried to stab her WITH HIS HAND, damn it!
But here comes Kishimoto-sensei and he makes everything better by throwing at us this utterly purrfect scene!

In the spirit of my OTP actually-possibly-maybe happening, I may even draw them. Okay, I AM going to draw them, because I'm drowning in feels right now~
Oh Kami-sama, it's going to turn into sketch dumps full of sasusaku, I can feel it, but I don't even care~
I may do some of the prompts, since they sound like fun and a bit of inspiration is always appreciated, right?
Anyway, high five to my fellow sasusaku shippers! Have an awesome sasusaku month, everyone!

inward significance

Well, I've found a quotation of Aristotle ("The aim of art is to represent not the outward appearance of things, but their inward significance") and ever since then I couldn't shake of the idea for a little story. I'm at the very begining still, but it's all about light, beauty of the colours and somewhere along the lines about attraction as well. I hope it'll turn out as I want it (romantic, but not fluffy and too cliche) - it's going to be an early Christmas gift for some of my precious people on tumblr and I don't want to destroy it with some stupid mistakes and other such things.
Gods, I should be studying, not writing (even if I'm covering my writing exercises by doing so and yes, I'm aware my professor doesn't want to read about stupid fantasies of an artist, but I am writing it in English, right?)~
Anyway I'll be publishing some new stuff soon - I'm tentatively making friends with watercolours after our break up three years ago. It's not a very joyous reunion - I'm basically screwing up everything there's to screw up <sigh>

'Midnight in Asgard' anyone?

Yes, you heard it right, I'm writing a 'Midnight in Asgard' prompt! Yay for me.
It's fun. I've got 6 pages so far and I'm not even done with 1/3 of the story!
I changed the movie plot a bit (the whole story is based on Woody Allen's 'Midnight in Paris', ofc), because it wouldn't be interesting at all, if the story and movie were the same and also I'm a firm believer that every story needs a different approach. I can only hope it'll turn out okay in the end.
Other things? Well, I'm pretty much best friends with my tumblr (I used to be a person with a blog, now it's more a blog with a person~) and my imagination is going crazy (I'm writing all the time!).
I hope you're all doing great, my darlings. I'll publish the link to the story, when I'm done.
